Lorrine A. Tyson, 82, of Lambertville, MI, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2018.  Born July 1, 1935, in Bedford Twp., MI, she was the daughter of Stephen and Kathryn (Golub) Lucas. She married Robert Tyson on October 29, 1962, he just preceded her in death 2 weeks ago on January 14, 2018.  Lorrine was employed by GM Powertrain for 30 years, retiring in 1999.  A devout Catholic, she was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Temperance, 3rd Order Franciscan, St. Paschal’s Fraternity and the U.A.W., Local 14. She enjoyed her family, making rosary’s, all kinds of crafts, flower arrangements for people she worked with, gardening, cooking, helping those in need, saying her rosary, praying and spending time with her dog (Miley).

Surviving are her loving children, Stephen (Denice) Heckel, Kathryn Riley, Michael Redway, Mary Joan Tyson, Paul (Melissa) Tyson, Brenda (Michael) Kolhoff, Donald (Heidi) Tyson and Andrea Monaghan;  Sister, Rosemary Kreger; 28 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by  a son, Nelson Heckel and daughter, Laura Heckel; brothers, Bernard, Lawrence and Donald Lucas.

Visitation will be from 1-6 pm, Sunday, February 4, 2018, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI.  Mass of  Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am Monday, February 5, 2018, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 4605 St Anthony Rd, Temperance, MI, where she will lie in state after 10:00 am. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or St. Anthony Church. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Erie, MI.
